NICEDIAL CONSULTANCY SERVICES, trading as NiceDial Tech, GSTIN 06GWSPK8091K1ZK ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), operates NeoFinQ ("NeoFinQ" or the "Platform"), a digital financial marketplace that enables users to discover, compare, and apply for financial products offered by regulated banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), and other financial institutions ("Lending Partners").

Currently NeoFinQ provides Personal Loans and Credit Cards.

NeoFinQ is not a bank, NBFC, lender, or credit card issuer. NeoFinQ does not sanction, approve, or disburse loans. All lending decisions are made solely by Lending Partners.

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Comply with these Terms.
• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Accept any future modifications to these Terms published on the Platform.

Continued use of NeoFinQ after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use NeoFinQ, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable Indian law.
• Be a resident of India.
• Provide truthful and accurate information.

NeoFinQ reserves the right to refuse or terminate access if any information provided is found to be false, misleading, or fraudulent.

Certain services require account registration or OTP verification. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
• Notify NeoFinQ immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• Keep your contact details updated.

NeoFinQ shall not be responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

NeoFinQ enables users to browse, compare, and apply for financial products through a secure technology platform.

• Personal Loan Discovery — Compare RBI-regulated personal loan offers matched to your profile.
• Credit Card Comparison — Explore credit card features, fees, and eligibility side by side.
• Smart Recommendations — Receive personalized product suggestions based on information you provide.
• Partner Marketplace — Access products from participating banks, NBFCs, and issuers.
• Application Tracking — Track application status where supported by Lending Partners.
• Secure OTP Login — Verify identity with secure one-time password authentication.

NeoFinQ acts solely as a technology platform facilitating connections between users and Lending Partners.

Information displayed on the Platform is intended for general comparison purposes and should not be considered financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

By submitting an application through NeoFinQ, you authorize us to share your information with selected or recommended Lending Partners for evaluation.

The final decision regarding approval, rejection, interest rates, processing fees, repayment tenure, credit limits, and other product terms rests solely with the respective Lending Partner. NeoFinQ is not responsible for any lending decision.

You agree that you will not:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Impersonate another individual.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Interfere with Platform security.
• Introduce viruses or malicious software.
• Use automated tools, bots, crawlers, or scrapers without prior written permission.
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Platform content without authorization.
• Use NeoFinQ for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access.

All content available on NeoFinQ — including logos, trademarks, software, user interface, graphics, images, text, databases, algorithms, and recommendation systems — are owned by or licensed to NeoFinQ and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, modified, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.

NeoFinQ may display products, advertisements, offers, or links belonging to Lending Partners or other third parties. NeoFinQ does not control or endorse third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

Your interaction with third-party providers is governed by their respective policies.

NeoFinQ may use automated systems and configurable rules to generate personalized product recommendations based on information voluntarily provided by users.

These recommendations are indicative in nature and do not guarantee eligibility or approval. Users should independently evaluate financial products before making any decision.

NeoFinQ currently does not charge users for browsing, comparing, or applying for Personal Loans and Credit Cards unless explicitly stated.

If any paid services are introduced in the future, applicable charges will be clearly communicated before you purchase such services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeoFinQ shall not be liable for:

• Loan or credit card rejection — NeoFinQ does not make lending decisions and is not responsible for approval or rejection by Lending Partners.
• Partner delays — Delays in processing, disbursal, or communication caused by Lending Partners are outside NeoFinQ's control.
• Technical failures — Interruptions, downtime, or errors affecting Platform availability do not create liability beyond applicable law.
• Business loss — NeoFinQ is not liable for loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from Platform use.
• Indirect damages — Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

NeoFinQ's total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user directly to NeoFinQ for any paid services, if applicable.

NeoFinQ may suspend or terminate access to the Platform without prior notice if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• False information is submitted.
• Required by law or regulatory authorities.

NeoFinQ may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to update these Terms whenever necessary to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, or business operations.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where NeoFinQ's registered office is located.
